TRAINING PROGRAM
Our agents attend training sessions as provided by our company and the Realtors Association and will receive a company training manual that explains every detail on how to List, Sell, or build a home. We want our Agents to stay on the cutting edge of the Real Estate Industry.
CONTRACTS AND FORMS CLASS
We will show you how to properly complete the many forms that are used in Transactions. We provide you with easily understood examples.
COMPUTER CLASS
The Real Estate business is not the way it used to be, it's now a computer world simplifying the way the public sells and buys Real Estate.
LISTINGS, THE BACK BONE OF THE BUSINESS
It's most important to learn how to present yourself and your company when attempting to list a home, either expired or by owner. Most Agents don't know How..... Why..... they don't try!
OBJECTIONS
It's hard to accept no as an answer from an expired listing or for sale by owner. Remember, good salesmanship starts when someone says "NO".
NEW CONSTRUCTION
The construction training will be directed by Angelo Manzitto.
Angelo has been involved with all phases of the Real Estate business including the construction of new homes.
He is certified in the area of new home construction. He has the CSP designation, Certified New Home Sales Professional. A National Home Builders Association program.
